Think\u00a0<em>boondi raita<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p><em>Boondi raita<\/em> takes less than 15 minutes to prepare, and it complements <em>parathas<\/em> and\u00a0<em>vegetable pulao<\/em> well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" width=\"356\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Yogurt<\/td>\n<td>\u00a02 cups<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0<em>Boondi<\/em><\/td>\n<td>\u00a03\/4 cup<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Salt<\/td>\n<td>\u00a0To taste<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Chilli powder<\/td>\n<td>\u00a03\/4 tsp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Chat masala<\/td>\n<td>\u00a01 tsp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Black salt<\/td>\n<td>\u00a0A pinch<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Roasted cumin powder<\/td>\n<td>\u00a03\/4 tsp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Ginger powder<\/td>\n<td>\u00a03\/4 tsp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\u00a0Coriander leaves<\/td>\n<td>\u00a01 tsp<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whisk the yogurt well if you are using set yogurt. (In this recipe, I have used stirred yogurt.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>If you find the consistency heavier than desired, mix in a few tablespoons of water to obtain the desired consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Drop in all the powders and give it good stir. Adjust salt according to taste.
